After living in Las Vegas for over twenty years, I'm still proud to call the ninth island my home. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, lived in New York City for over ten years, and moved halfway home to Las Vegas in 2001.

Many things have changed over the years; from technology to life as we know it post 911, the housing bubble of the mid 2000s, and the Covid years. The one thing that hasn't changed is that life goes on.

When I opened my brokerage in 2006, I wanted growth, volume, and successful agents. Through the years I learned that bigger isn't always better. In 2016, I decided to scale back the operational size of my brokerage and focus on property management and sales. I no longer devoted my efforts to managing a large brokerage, staff, and office. In doing so, I'm now more able to provide the best service, dedication, and expertise to my investors.

I've been a property manager since 2005, and managing broker since 2006. I have decades of experience in negotiations ensuring your investments are solid and successful for the long term. Originally growing up in the small town of Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii I always wanted to expand my horizons and experience what the world has to offer. Fortunately I've had opportunities to live, work, and get my degree from University in different cities including Singapore, Boston, and Oregon before moving and finding a true home and career here in Las Vegas at the start of 2019.

4 years has passed by in a flash and my experiences thus far have shown my that my success in Real Estate so far has been fueled by my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and be a trustful resource for my clients to get and maintain the results they desire.
